How we count credits

We broke down our solution into the aspects that influence InfraSonar’s cost structure.

Usage of these aspects is measured and counted as credits which in turn can be purchased in packs.

Collectors

Collectors can be deployed on an asset to collect data.

Pricing of collectors depends on the complexity of the collector and the amount of metrics collected by the collector.

Time series

Time series in use.

This number depends on the metrics time series are configured for and the amount of metrics returned per metric.

Time series cost 1 credit per 50 stored time series

Anomaly detection

Anomaly detection

Anomaly detection for specific time series.

Anomaly detection is enabled per time serie. We count all time series where anomaly detection is configured for.

Anomaly detection costs 1 credit per 25 configured time series.

External notifications

External notifications

Notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, voice call, email or WebSocket

Rules can be used to configure sending external notifications.

Credit usage depends on the service used.

    Phone support

    During business hours you can always contact us by phone for all your InfraSonar related questions and issues. We will deal with your ticket as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 4 hours during business hours.

    24 hour resolve time

    We always try to solve your questions and issues as quickly as possible. The '24 hour' (NBD) resolve time means that the ticket will be processed within one business day at most.

Implementation support

Setting up and deploying a monitoring solution can be a challenging task.

We have lots of experience in the area and have gathered scripts and best practices over time that can reduce the deployment time drastically.

Usually we can wrap up an implementation pretty fast. Especially with proper preparation we usually wrap up in under a day.
