NetApp storage

NetApp storage systems are hardware- and software-based data storage and retrieval systems. They respond to network requests from clients and fulfill them by writing data to or retrieving data from disk arrays.

InfraSonar collector

InfraSonar monitors NetApp systems running Data ONTAP using the ONTAP rest API.

The probe and service offer the same functionally, the main difference is where the collector is running.

Probe’s run usually on an appliance in the monitored infrastructure.

For those using the Palo Alto Firewalls to construct an SD-WAN we also offer the Palo Alto collector as a service, in this scenario the firewalls are securely monitored from our cloud platform and no monitoring software is required in the monitored infrastructure.
